Prop Firm Expense Tracker
A prop firm expense tracker for futures traders: log every evaluation, reset and payout, and see what you’ve spent, what you’ve been paid and what each funded account really cost.
On iPhone, add the tracker to your Home Screen first
Safari clears saved data from sites you haven’t opened for a week. A Home Screen app keeps it.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Open the tracker from its new icon.
The Home Screen app starts empty: it keeps its own copy, apart from Safari’s. Save Backup here first, then open the app and choose Restore from Backup.

Spread the word onWhat does a funded account really cost?
A funded account really costs everything you spent on evaluations, the failed ones and their resets included, divided by the number of evaluations that passed. Buy 3 evaluations at $100 and pay for 5 resets at $80, and you have spent $700. If one of them passes, that funded account cost you $700, not the $100 on its receipt.
Activation fees count too. Payouts don’t lower the figure; they show in Net, beside it. The tracker counts an evaluation once it has finished, passed or failed, so an attempt still running doesn’t push the figure up before it has a result.
How do resets add up?
A reset restarts an evaluation for less than a new one, which makes it easy to buy several without noticing the total. Four resets at $80 is $320, more than three new evaluations at $100. The tracker shows your resets per pass and tells you when resets reach 40% of everything you’ve spent, or when three land at the same firm in one month.
Where are my numbers kept?
Your tracker numbers are kept only in this browser, on this device. Nothing is sent to us, and your cookie choices don’t change that. A phone and a laptop each keep their own tracker, a private window forgets, and clearing your browser’s data deletes it, so Save Backup keeps a copy you can restore on any device. On an iPhone, add the tracker to your Home Screen: Safari clears saved data from sites you haven’t opened for a week, and a Home Screen app keeps it.
Common questions
How do I work out what a funded account costs?
Add up everything you spent on evaluations that have finished, passed or failed, including resets and activation fees, and divide by the number that passed. Three $100 evaluations and five $80 resets for one pass is $700 per funded account.
Does the tracker work with any prop firm?
Yes. MyFundedFutures is built in with its plans and sizes. For any other firm, type its name once and it becomes a choice from then on.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Your numbers stay in your browser on this device. Save Backup gives you a file to keep, and Restore from Backup reads it back on any device.
Should resets count in the cost of a funded account?
Yes. A reset is money spent to get an evaluation to pass, so it belongs in the cost of the account it bought. The tracker counts resets in Spent and in Cost per Funded Account.
This tracker adds up the numbers you enter; it does not forecast results. Prop firm rules and prices change - check the firm’s current terms. Trading futures carries substantial risk of loss.
