Not financial advice — no signals
Quarter Sequence teaches a market-structure framework and provides charting tools and educational content. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or trading advice, a signal, an alert, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. We do not manage money, place trades on your behalf, or guarantee any result. Every decision you make is your own.
Trading risk
Trading futures, forex, and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance and illustrative examples do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions; consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this site. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.
Tools & content
Our charting tools and content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The live Quarter Clock is a time/structure display based on a fixed schedule — it uses no market data and does not tell you when to buy or sell. Embeddable widgets remain ours; you may embed them unmodified with attribution intact. Some features are still in development and may change.
Free & paid products
The Quarter Sequence framework, the Quarter Clock, and our free tools are provided for education. Some products and access — such as the Quarter Sequence indicator — are or will be offered as paid products. Paid purchases and subscriptions are handled off-site through our checkout provider (Whop), under Whop’s terms together with any product-specific terms we publish. Paid access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Refunds, where offered, follow the terms shown at checkout.
Intellectual property
The Quarter Sequence name, brand, copy, and original designs are ours. Open-source tools we publish are governed by their stated licences.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and as intended. Don’t attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to its systems, scrape or harvest it at scale, reverse-engineer our tools, resell or misrepresent our content, or use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms.
Third-party platforms & links
The site links to and works with third-party services — for example X, TradingView, and our community and checkout platforms. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability & changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove parts of the site and tools at any time, and can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may also update these terms from time to time — the “last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, the tools, or reliance on any content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continue to apply in full.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site, and replace any earlier understanding.
