This policy explains how Quarter Sequence (“we”, “us”) handles personal data for quartersequence.com. We collect the minimum needed to run a pre-launch waitlist and understand site traffic. We never sell your data.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, processed by our email provider (MailerLite) on a double opt-in basis.
• Analytics data — aggregate usage data via Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager). Before you consent this stays cookieless and non-identifiable (Google Consent Mode); cookies and identifiable measurement begin only after you accept.
• Technical data — IP address and request metadata, processed transiently by our hosting (Hostinger) for security and delivery.

Lawful basis

• Consent — for waitlist email and for non-essential analytics cookies.
• Legitimate interests — for security and fraud/abuse prevention.

How we use it

To send you launch and product updates you asked for, to measure and improve the site, and to keep it secure.

Sharing & processors

We share data only with processors who help us run the site: MailerLite (email), Google (analytics/tag management), CookieYes (cookie consent management), and Hostinger (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms.

Retention

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist purpose ends. Analytics data is retained per the provider’s default settings.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Unsubscribe via any email, or contact us. UK/EU residents may complain to their data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
